The Steelers announced today that David DeCastro will return to practice for the first time since he was injured in week 3 of preseason. He was placed on Injured Reserve on Sept. 7th, with the “Designation To Return” tag.

DeCastro had surgery to repair a torn MCL on August 29th, and also suffered patellar tendon damage, as well as a dislocated kneecap in the 1st Quarter of the preseason game against the Bills on August 25th. You can watch DeCastro’s injury again here:  Continue reading →
