Steelers Re-Sign TE Michael Palmer

The Steelers have re-signed tight end Michael Palmer to a one year deal today. Palmer was claimed off of waivers last August. He was active for 12 games last season, but saw very limited snaps. The contract details are not available yet, but this is likely a vet minimum signing that will barely move the cap needle.
