i just dont see it happening. I'm not a lawyer but would the DA even tell a civil lawyer that charges were going to be filed?

 

How long does it take to file charges for a lousy bar fight?
The supposed victim didn't initially even go to the cops, or has he still not? Who the heck files civil charges before criminal charges in an assault case?

i have inside information.... roger will suspend him 6 games if it doesnt go to trial.. if it goes to trial and he wins hes suspended 12 games.. and is it goes to court and he loses its a NFL lifetime ban.... thats what i heard today ...

I dont know...Roger seems to be pretty lenient on the assault cases of the NFL

 

More like:
He isn't charged -> 6 game suspension (maybe reduced to 4 later)
He is charged, and they have video of him throwing punches at a girl -> 2 game suspension

Article on SD says the police believe they have enough evidence to charge Pouncey with misdemeanor assault.

 

Didn't he say that he had no involvement whatsoever? If there turns out to be evidence that he hit/punched the woman, I want to see how we handle it.
