A win last night would have been huge and moved us into second in the division, but as it stands now we're tied for last. If the Steelers want to make the playoffs, I believe these next three games are must win. That would put us 3-2-1 going into the bye week. Shouldn't lose to the Browns after the bye week. If we get back to 4-2-1 with 1 game to go in the first half of the season I believe we have a chance to at least get the wild cards.

Also, people calling for Tomlins jobs are crazy. He has never had a losing season in Pittsburgh and has won the division the past 2 years. No team in the AFC North has ever won 3 in a row. I am ready to move on from Keith Butler. He has shown no improvements and our player development on that side of the ball is subpar. I am not ready to move on from Fichtner yet. Way too small of sample size, and it's tough to get a true test of his play calling when we get down big right away.

Let's hope for the team to turn this around.

Ppl need to stop using the Tomlin has never had a losing record debate.. If u put Tomlin in new England he also wouldn't have a losing record. Doesnt mean he still doesn't suck as a coach

I dont know. New England has had some okay teams minus Brady being Brady. They seem to win with nobodys. My point is, you bring the hoodie down here with this talent? Steelers may have 10 by now.

I like the sentiment, and after the Chiefs game I was on here saying the same thing. But the bottom line is this team is a mess. They have no chemistry, no identity, they lack talent in the back end of the defense, and on top of that the coaching has been well below the line. I still feel like this can be turned around, but Im not sure Tomlin is the coach to do it.

I seen this posted many times, and I agree 100%...And don't come with the never had a losing season bull****...

Offense...No, Nothing to do with it
Defense ( Supposedly his strongpoint )...Stink, stunk, stank...And has for years
    Special teams...Stink
    Clock management...Stink
    Ingame adjustments...uh no
    Oh wait.....
Post game interviews...Where he uses fancy cliches, never gives a straight answer, and bullshits...Oh that's it, that's it...He is good at something!

Falcons will feast on this secondary for about 40 points julio jones will run free for about 200 yards sunday, loss number 3 then the bengals will kill them off and at the bye their record will be 1-4-1, Ben will retire this year and let the rebuild begin, hopefully with some new coaches top to bottom....

......and maybe one of the biggest problems with this team is no discipline or accountability ON or OFF the field....

To have a successful football team. You need to have the defense compliment the offense, and the offense to compliment the defense. Then not have penalties and special teams cost you.

It's safe to say that on both sides of the football this team doesn't compliment it self well.

In my experience people tend to try and hide their inability to do their job using fancy big words that really have no meaning, point or relevance to the given topic.. that's what he excels at which ultimately amounts to nothing.

At least one bright side of a losing season would be not having to hear the 'never had a losing season' mantra again. Although I suppose it would turn into 'only had 1 losing season, only had 2 losing seasons', ect.

I don't pay much attention to guys like Stephen A Smith ect, but the media protecting Tomlin seems to be a common theme among fans.

"Next 3 games will define this season."

To the OP, I admire your Mr Rogers outlook, but unfortunately we can't wait that long. The first 4 games have already done an outstanding job of defining this season.
