According to NFL Network, Mitchell played through a torn groin and has surgery scheduled next week.

Well ****, that kind of explains some things. Hes still a hot head, stupid PF penalty.

Needs to play smarter, come back healthy and show what he can do, I haven't given up on him yet.

Ok. That's not fair of me.

But I don't care. If you're hindered, get it fixed. Seems a really convenient excuse after the fact.

He looked absolutely terrible tonight. I haven't seen so many bad angles since 6th grade geometry.

I'm still angry, so I'm going to continue belittling...

Did it tear completely off? That explains a lot....

He's right about one thing. I don't care. Does a torn groin make him get stupid penalties? Does a torn groin make him let a guy run free in the end zone tonight after literally LOOKING RIGHT AT HIM? Also on Cooler Talk Batch said that Mitchell apparently hurt is ankle tonight too during the fumble recovery and he said he thought the rats realized it and went at him after that. Who knows?

So he's playing at less than full speed and Shamarko is sitting on the bench. This kind of crap right here drives me absolutely freaking crazy. We had two safeties at 75% this year and healthy/younger, faster guys on the bench??!!

Shamarko looked about as intelligent as Mitchell though on that dumb hit that was WAY out of bounds.

Where is Justin Brown and all of his mad "skills" now?

Plenty of legitimate questions regarding the utilization of our players this season.

Does anyone know if it has to be reported whether or not Ben or Heath suffered concussions on the hits they took since our season is over now?

Time for DL to go . A younger fresher DC would be more willing to insert younger guys . If it's fear that young guys can't get the scheme then the scheme is just to advanced for todays NFL.

Ben will probably tell anyone willing to listen.

Heath? The team isn't obligated to report it, I don't think.

It hasn't been reported. I did see that Ben said he had whiplash.

I don't know, BFT, I think I'd cut him a break on that hit. Jones wasn't that far OB and when you're running at full speed trying to make a play it's tough to stop once you commit to the hit.

And besides, Tomlin was nowhere around to make the play. :)

I think Ben should have stayed out too. I bet we would have at least scored or got close to it again if grad (can't believe I said that) stayed in

I am glad I am not the only one that saw him do that on that TD. He literally looked at ( I think it was the Tory Smith TD ), saw him wide open and did nothing but stand there. Remarkable!

Yep and THEN when he gave up the td he threw his hands up like "WHY?!" Wow.
