My son and I are going to my first home game Nov 3rd. Anything that I should make sure and do either before or after the game?

Hit up the strip for some Steelers gear. Depending how long you’re around go hit up Sports world specialties downtown on Smithfield if you like memorabilia. My buddy runs the store

Probably a pretty obvious one, but take the Gateway Clipper to the game. It's a really cool experience.

Ride the one of the Inclines if you have time at night. Amazing site of the city. Have a great time and bring back a win!

Any time someone comes in for a game I give them two pieces of guidance:

    1) Do not drive to the stadium. Take the Gateway Clipper from Station Sq as someone mentioned or walk across or take the T from dahntahn if you're staying there. Both are easier and lot more enjoyable options. Pittsburgh is a very walkable city where everything is pretty close. Take advantage of it.

    2) Dress warmer than you think you have to. That stadium always feels 15 degrees colder than the actual temperature. Due to the wind off the river I guess.

Go to Jerome Bettis Grille 36 and get the deep fried cheeseburger. It's right across from the stadium and there is a display inside with a lot of cool memorabilia from Jerome's playing days with the Steelers and when he was at Notre Dame.

Loved hanging at jeromes joint. My lil brother tackled that deep fried burger said it was damn good! I was on a binger so no need for grub at the moment... However I did have one of the deep fried deviled eggs and it was the ****.

Depending on how old your son is, get to the stadium early and watch the players warm
up. If he has never been to a Pro or major college game. he /you maybe shocked
to see the size of these men in person. Take in your surroundings and enjoy.
I have been fortunate to see both Pro and major college and as old as I am
I never get tired of this experience. You should see a good game. The Colts have a nice team.

Awesome. The feeling you get the first time you walk into Heinz is unforgettable.

I’ll take pregame warmups over a beer in the parking lot any day.

I'm coming into town for work Monday. Just got a ticket on stub hub. Are there any organized tailgate party's you can pay a fee to enter... eat/drink before the game?
