They say the best man gets the job but what if the best men weren’t even able to get an interview?

 

Exactly, without diversity you can never know if you actually have the best man.

 

especially in a sport that is over 60% Black.

I’ve seen people say “what about Asians?” as a counter to the Rooney Rule which is silly. I think a better question would be Polynesians if they actually followed the history of the game and truly cared.
