I would take a similar class to 2017 and 2023.

I have no idea which way they are thinking, use to be best player available, that has gone
    to the wayside of need.
    1. Center
    2. Cb
    3 WR
    4 DL/OT

My only fear is Barton is solid at several OL positiosn, but good at none. Some of the reports are glowing, but this flexibility crap could have us drafting a 4th round Center talent with a first round pick of a positionless OL. If Khan and Weidl draft him, I'll feell good about it (They seem to do their homework), but he MUST be a day one starter and an above-average one at that, regardless of where they plan to play him. If he is not able to start anywhere because he isn't really an RT but not ready to be an NFL starting OC, then its immediately a bust of a pick. This does scare me. I want a great OC or RT, but not a moving pieces that doesn't really fit anywhere.

I think it will be Nate Wiggins.

Unless someone within the Steelers FO possesses clairvoyance, that isn't happening. For that matter, the 1974 Steelers Draft is a 1 of 1 level event for Sports Drafts in general anyhow; NFL or otherwise. Add the fact that the Salary Cap is a thing and such a draft is all but impossible... even if someone had such an ability.

that's what the mediocre middle get

I agree with you and your 2 options as 1 and 2.

IF Latham falls, then I'd love him, above these 2. Same with Fautanu. (plan at RT). Same too w Fashanu. Fuaga too. (confusing names with all those F's!!!!)

LOTS of Depth at T in this draft.

Seems that Centers are falling to later in the first round, MOVE UP to get JPJ, if necessary. Give up one of those 3rds or our 4th, if need be.

OT is arguably the #1 or #2 need.
