Undersized with a motor, & has some experience as an off-ball linebacker, might be a project, but could be a day 3 possibility.

I personally don't watch much Wisconsin ball....So I will have to go check Him out.

Nah, I wouldn't draft him at that size, there are better prospects at the position they can draft.

Yeah, you are probably correct. If he fell all the way to round 7, which is doubtful, I could see them taking a gamble on him, if nothing else, he could probably excel on special teams!

He is going to play off ball at the NFL level. So he is a consideration at inside linebacker. He is a bargain version of Drew Sanders if you ask me.

he's got some game. who knew TJ would end up this good? well me of course. i was one of the first ones calling for TJ that year. i like our ILB room at this point though. OLB i do like roche and the steelers saw something in him enough to draft him. we may draft one or we get bud back or we pick up some UDFA's to have in camp. i still think leal could be used as a situational pass rusher from that spot, just not a full timer. DE will take up most of his playing time. when we go two down linemen sets though, he could fill in giving our guys a rest with a few plays a game there.

He has great pass rush moves. Would allow us to move him around quite a bit too. 3rd ILB with ability to shift as a situational pass rusher? Not bad value. He's probably in the 3rd-4th round consideration.

I keep reading Day 2 for Herbig.

As much fun as drafting another brother is, I don't see the Steelers going OLB on Day 2. And he is just an OLB, don't eventhink about playing him as a DE on this team.

I doubt he goes day 2, he's small for an OLB.

Nick's tape is really impressive, seems tp be relentless when coming after the quarterback, just wish he was a little bit bigger.

    I like HerBig But....:hehehe:

SPINAL TAP, one of the greatest bands ever! The only way to truly get that "Big Bottom" sound, is to have 3 bass guitars... perfect!

Great pick! Pretty much a free pick considering the trade down in the 3rd. Look forward to seeing how he will be used!

    Been suggested he’s moving inside……

Steelers OLB Coach says he’s playing OLB as 3rd rotational guy……
