Why are D2/3 players overlooked during the NFL Draft?

    I think it has to do with the level of play, even though there's talent on every college football team, outside of Penn State & Alabama.

    It is hard to grade those players considering the level of competition. Dri Archer looked like the second coming of Prime Time running around against teams like Ball State and Akron. His NFL career, not so much.
