Come on Man...I Love ...Love Bradshaw (the man outside of Blount who made Me love football)....but people exaggerate.....Bradshaw was 9- 14 for 96 yards ,and a TD in His 1st SB ...WOW That was amazing.....No way the Steelers could have Won with out all that...LoL....So he had exactly the same amount of TDs Ben had in His 1st SB ....one TD.
Also in Bradshaws last SB he has 2 tds, and 3 ints....some people on Here would have raked Ben over the coals for that.
Also that lowest ranking in SB history for a winner has 2 be fixed.
Payton Manning had 2 turnover, and No TDs with a win....How is that not lower than somebody that actually scored????

Bradshaw’s first Super Bowl was won by the defense and Franco Harris, I’ll give you that. Bradshaw ran the offense very efficiently and had a TD pass and didn’t have any major blunders. But he was a ton better in that game than Ben was in his first Super Bowl. The Steelers best quarterback that day was Antwaan Randle El! And the other three Super Bowls Terry played in…the Steelers would absolutely not have won those games had Bradshaw not been the quarterback of the Steelers…PERIOD. Stat line and interceptions aside, he made throws in those games that only somebody with his kind of freakish arm talent could have made. Roger Staubach couldn’t make those throw. Fran Tarkenton couldn’t make those throws, Kenny Stabler couldn’t make those throws, and for gosh sakes, Vince Ferragamo couldn’t make those throws! I don’t care what Bradshaw’s stats say, he made some phenomenal throws in those three Super Bowls when he had to make them. He didn’t freeze up, he didn’t panic, he didn’t choke! We’re all entitled to our opinions and mine is and will always be that Terry Bradshaw is the greatest Steelers quarterback ever! And at this point it seems that the cross section of Steeler nation represented on this board agrees with me.

Randle El was definitely vice-MVP of Super Bowl XL...along with Ike Taylor with the INT.

Ward, Randle El and Taylor. All heroes.

Edit:. Willie Parker and Alan Faneca.... honorable mentions.

Oh great googlie mooglie you are twisting the facts to promote your Ben boy

    Bradshaws QB rating was 108.0

    Bens QB rating was 22.6

Bradshaw did what was needed while his running back set a super bowl rushing record

    Ben sucked

Both scored a one whole Touchdown, and 9 freaking completions. Both of them.....So Yet somehow one was awesome, and the other wasn't.
Difference was one was in His 4th year, and the other was in His 2nd.
Your nostalgic imagination is clouding Your judgement.
    I Loved both of them.

The only stat line I regularly quote with regard to Ben is his sucky performance in his first Super Bowl.

Look, I love Ben…he was a GREAT quarterback, the 2nd best in Steelers history. We are fortunate as Steeler fans to have had two all-time greats at the position. The thing that separates Bradshaw from Ben is the ice in his veins in the biggest moments. But I respect your loyalty to Ben and your opionion that he’s the best, even though I disagree. :thumbs up:

There’s two legitimate answer to this question. Terry Bradshaw or Ben Roethlisberger. No one else is in the conversation

I answered in the pole. Bradshaw.
Completely ridiculous to put Neil O’Donnell as an option.

I put NOD as an option almost tongue in cheek after Mashburn argued with me that he was a better quarterback than Bradshaw.
