Where do we go from here?

This is a legitimate question that needs to be looked at. What do we do? What is the plan moving forward? This team needs turnover without losing all of its vets at once, but the overall talent level needs to be upped.

I will submit a more exhaustive plan that I am formulating, but I would love to see what others think.

 

I see only a handful of players that should have job security and really no coaches.
In other words - BLOW THIS THING UP. Accept 2 or 3 seasons of a learning curve and re-establish a hard nosed blue collar smash mouth football team. Find an identity that has been missing since Bettis, Ward, Farrior, Red and Harrison. Otherwise, we may see a 5 to 6 year period of undisciplined low intensity football ahead.
