alright, im done with the theme stuff for this year. thursday night fight require some good ol sauerkraut, pork loin and mashed taters. oh and stopping the run thursday night. putting a hurtin on will lewis. he will be named that from now on.

During 4th of July I have a bunch of friends who stay for days on end and they bring their dogs

I’ve had as many as 12 dogs including my own uncivilized beasts and it very much resembles the Bumpas Hounds

Well it won't be homemade pizza.....Trubisky destroyed that. I haven't thought about it yet.

 

I canned some meat a few years back . Going to make sloppy Joe or Spag. or Shepards pie. So many options with all this meat. Starting to use up some of my old prepper food stuff. Will rotate in fresh goods all winter. Canning meat and watching a game. Hell Yes ! One day I will get the Harvest right freeze dryer and preserve meat for 10+ years. Then when Im older in my 70`s I will have meat to eat. By then it will be $20 per lb for burger meat. I was thinking I could sell the meat to other old folks and make some side money. Be the Burger Guy.

I was actually thinking about that also, but I'm so dang superstitious that I'm scared to go back to it. LoL

 

Nothing excites my taste buds more than the thought of eating meat that is years old

Because I don’t have to I don’t even eat meat that is frozen if I can

As best I can I eat meat that was alive yesterday

 

I'm part polish from My Grandmother on My Mothers side.. I hate that Trubisky is part polish....I prefer to believe he is Russian , or Ukraine. LoL
