on the road again. not sure yet of the theme for this one. chip fest?

 

Canadian Bacon English McMuffin samich. In honor of Matt Canada and his intuitive offense.

 

Getting on a plane in a few short hours and eating up some slot machines for breakfast, table games for lunch and rooftop buffets for dinner. Just hope I stay away from the craps.

 

Never got Canadian Bacon. It's a piece of ham trying to pull off being bacon. Kind of like Canada trying to pull off being an offense guru.

 

We got us a big bad nor'easter headed our way so there will be no grilling for the games.

Night games suck balls!!! Frigging beer and chips for game. Then bathroom 10 times middle of night/early morning. The trips will be happy cause the Steelers are winning this game.

 

Have fun brother. Vegas is one of my most favorite places on Earth. Bring home a W

 

Gotta be up at 0330 Monday morning, so…a few chips during the first quarter, then bedtime.

 

I'm having pita bread pizza right now and it's pretty swell so probably do the same for the game.

Same as last week. I always eat the same if We win .....until we lose. So Pork, beef, and cheese ravioli.
I will never forget eating 7 layer dip until I was sick of it during Ben's rookie year. LoL

 

I can’t imagine ever getting sick of 7 layer dip. I grew out my goatee during that streak. My friends said I started looking like Jim ‘the Anvil’ Neidhart…. For old school Wrestling fans.

 

Since it's Vegas, sure would like me a hunk of "Diamond Jim Brady Cut" Prime Rib (goes for $223 at Lawry's The Prime Rib Restaurant). I can dream right? Perhaps a more modestly price Wagyu Cheeseburger, grilled veggies and Waffle Fries at home might suffice.

 

Probably end up getting heartburn

 

Watch for the jet lag I heard it can be really bad.

Hopefully the game will be going well enough to give you a good night's sleep.

 

Careful with the wagyu on the grill.. the intense marbling can cause some major flare-ups if directly over the flame.

Otherwise, c'est magnifique!

 

here I’m thinking wagyu should never be ground to a pulp and covered in cheese, ketchup, mustard…

 

Smoked chicken wings and smoked stuffed jalapeños. And beer.

 

Yeah, I get that. But with the price of beef nowadays, I'm not judging anyone scoring a little wagyu. I just want them to get the most out of it.

 

Chicken Vindaloo with a hint of ghost pepper sauce, brown rice and home-made Naan. Grilled asparagus with olive oil and garlic powder. Piece of carrot cake with a glass of ice cold milk.

 

But if you can find a smoke house that has cottage bacon give it a try

It’s from the shoulder so it’s like bacon but more meat less fat
