    I just goggled that

It looks a lot like a red Chile sauce I make to put on tamales or Chile Rellenos

    Breakfast is on hold

My rambunctious dog saw birds on the beach and yanked me around and down a flight of steps at the beach access

    Currently waiting to get X-rays

I don’t think anything is broken but I did twist my fake hip in a bunch of different directions

Literally a pain in the ass

I’m thinking muscle relaxers and beer may be on order :smiley1:

There is a Mexican restaurant near me that makes an awesome chorizo fundido as an appetizer. They put a blend of cheeses, ground sausage chorizo, and onions on a cast iron skillet and serve it sizzling with tortilla chips. They also do the same with a shrimp fundido as well. I can live on that stuff!

Good luck brother. Hopefully a couple drops of oil on the hip joint and you're good as new, like the tinman.
Pig has put me in the emergency room twice in less than a year.
    Dogs sure are fun!

I put a small pork roast in the slow cooker this morning. I think we're going to make bagel sandwiches with it, we bought some Lender's bagels last night.
Also have some tiny white potatoes, perfect for salties.

I've never had Spanish chorizo. The MX stuff is too greasy for me. Something in the blend of spices I don't like. I can eat it in queso fundido though....

Then apparently Mexican is the kind I always get. I honestly didn't know there was a difference in chorizo until now.

It’s kind of like all salami are salumi, but not all salumi are salami

Cabbage soup which I made several days ago so it would be at its peak for game day. Carrots, peas, onion, gnocchi, pepper jack cheese, and the secret ingredient to goose up the flavor, lemon juice. It is almost a cabbage stew.
This is great cold weather food.
Mrs. Quadrupleyoi likes it a lot, she is using it to treat a cold.

Well, NOW I want shrimp and grits. There's a local place here in the middle of town that has awesome shrimp and grits. I've never tried to do them myself. That is a very interesting thought though.
