What's Cookin? Horn heads edition

Homemade Turkey club sandwiches, 1/2 Grilled Turkey, applewood smoke bacon, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, Mayo, horseradish cheddar cheese on toasted Dave Killers white bread! Side of bacon potato salad.

 

They are huge so I cut them in half or even thirds and cook them on the grill. The cheese melts and the bacon fat drips and the outside gets brown. Between that and slamming the rib-eye into a hot cast iron skillet, my grill gets pretty trashed.

Note, if you have a cast iron skillet, using it on the grill is a great way to cook a steak. Sears the outside. Keeps the juice in.

 

Chicken foo yung, salt and pepper beef and veggie spring rolls.

 

Home made?

 

If only. I had the pleasure of picking it up from a nearby restaurant beautifully named Mong Kok.

 

Beer, rye and gingers.

Picked up 2 Bean Burritos from Taco Bell on the way home from work.

Somethings up with my local TB ? They are filling up the products, like late 80`s early 90`s. My Beaners are stuffed. And cheap Beer, but excellent weed.

i switched to breaded chicken breast strips and mac and cheese. honey mustard dip. didn't produce a win but tasted good.

 

Considering I’m eating this for the third day in a row, there are parts of me that think I should make less in the future.
