What do we know about Josh Harris?

Dri Archer won't be much of a blocking threat for play action. Will Johnson will be on situational duty only and Tate probably won't make it off the sideline (for this week anyways).

So Josh Harris. This is his moment. Can he put a hundred yards on the ground against the Rats? Doubtful. Can he catch passes out of the backfield? Hopefully. Can both running and catching produce more than a hundred combined. Lets hope so. Is he related anyway to Franco? We need some Italian Army results.

Now that its official and Bell won't start.

What does anybody know about our Playoff game featured back?

He showed some signs last week. My concern is his ability to pick up the blitz.

We know that he majored in Sociology.

Which means that he will understand many of the Ravens players act like they do because of societal conditioning, not individual misdemeanour.

I watched a lot of him at Wake and if he is motivated a big game from him wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Obviously not having Bell is a hindrance to the continuity of our offense HOWEVER no one man can be bigger than the TEAM and its desire to win. Charlie Batch came in and beat the Ravens when NO ONE gave him a chance if I remember. Its all about the gameplan and EXECUTION. Now the Ravens wont know what to expect and we have to use that to our advantage.
As for Josh THIS IS HIS MOMENT TO SHINE, to make a name for himself, to dispel any naysayers. His mindset should be as fresh as his legs and if he comes in with the chip HE SHOULD have on his shoulder (Go back to his college draft), then he's going to surprise quite a few people. As a matter of fact he and Ben Tate should be the NASTIEST set of RB's on the field on Saturday.
Now excuse me while i go run through a wall.....GO STEELERS!

Sometimes this is how playoff heros are born. The guy can run, but he is a lot different style runner than Bell, Harris gets the ball and goes, he doesn't have the shiftiness of Bell. I watched him hard in the pre-season and thought he did a good job then. Had a nice run last week, only to be called back by a bad holding call by the refs.

Maybe Will Johnson should get some more snaps, throw him some passes out of the backfield.

As part of Haleys gameplan he should design some plays with WJ and Harris in the game. Set it up looking like a run. WJ chipping and catching ball in space.

Just wondering why you said "if he is motivated" did he have motivation problems at Wake?

Hope he shreds the rats like he did his body. Make the Harris name proud. I saw a tweet I think from Deion Sanders saying how Josh is like a brother to him and Josh was gonna ball out tonite.
