Not okay with his play. After 5 years for a 4th rounder and after a game you have 0 stats across the board which means 0 tackles and 0 everything you do, (this is per Dulac's in PPG. ) YES there is something wrong. Even worse if he is your 1st rounder. Watched him close against the Bronco and he many times was just standing there, not aggressive at all, couldn't get off blocks, had no pressure, just plain horrible play by him.

Just saw that Dupree sat out of practice with a pectoral injury, might explain why he played so bad against the Bronco's. if that was the case he shouldn't have played as he did actually nothing.

If Bud was hurt before the game then they went into the game extremely thin at OLB seeing as Chic had an ankle issue and not much ready to go behind him.

I know we hired a new DB coach and one comment above is giving him a pass. He probably had some time to review tape then OTA's then training camp and here we are 11 games in with missed assignments and a 1st round pick sitting on the bench and regressing rapidly. Like every year since Ike retired we will need two corners in the draft. Haden is being exploited for lack of speed and Sens is no long term answer barely a stop gap. Burns may never recover until he becomes an all pro with a different team and better coaching.

If the Denver game did anything is give the Chargers a good game plan. Put a burner opposite Haden and delay or drag a TE down the seem our inside LB's or safeties are lost with a delay by the TE.
