Went to training camp on Thursday. Pics coming as soon as I downsize them.

The RB's looked pretty damn good in the drills. (once again Bell is huge compared to the others)

Watched the DB's go through numerous catching drills. Coach was drilling line drives at them as they ran towards him.

Jarvis Jones looks like an older person than he is and he's huge. He came over for autographs, but was only signing for kids.

I know I've bashed Gay, but he's a nice guy. I got his autograph and he interacted very well with the fans. I had a good convo with him as well.

Clark had to do his "lesson" for the asshat standing next to me so he didn't sign for our section. Dude had a big white cardboard sign and was saying if they didn't sign it would curse the season. He gave a speech about adults acting like tools and moved on. (Clark did sign further up the line and gave away his shoes, socks and I think gloves as well.)

Golic looked like his helmet didn't fit, but he was appreciative of the support.

Woodley is definitely his old self.

Troy and Shamarco stayed out and went over hitting on the sled for a bit after practice. The receivers were catching and running well after practice.

 

he's just not bettis big. the other rb's also lost weight. redman has dropped weight for two years straight now.

I did notice j. jones looks large for what he's listed as. wait until they put some of that NFL thickness to him over the next couple of years.

Jarvis meet mr flacco. Jarvis meet tom tom. Jarvis meet mr. weedon. Jarvis meet mr. manning 1 and 2. Jarvis meet mr. ugly strippen uniform guy. Jarvis you have to beat mr. Timmons to the carcass if you want a bite. this could be fun to watch this year. at least for us. hehehe < insert evil laugh here.

 

I also noticed that Jarvis Jones is a beast when I was at camp! So excited to watch him on Saturday.

That's too bad about Ryan Clark..he was the class clown when I was there and interacted with the crowd really well!

 

Meant to put on Wednesday. Flew back to Japan on Thursday.

 

I guess I should have said "in relation to the other backs".

I guess in hindsight we should have went to the other side of the field vice the autograph section along the side walk. Brown, Ben and others were signing over there. I think Kiesel made it off that way as well.

I was interested to see the DB's Lb's and RB's working. Interesting that it looked like the LB's were working in split groups. A couple were over with the DE's as well.
