You mean like in college football. Nearly every year there is a team that may be the best that either never got voted as such or just didn't get to play for it.

If it's not debatable then why are you debating it?

Having grown up in Girard Ohio 45min from Cleveland and 45min from The Burgh the Browns fans suck and this was hell for them. THE DeBartolo connection makes them love the 9ers plus the HATRED they have for the Ratbirds(original browns) especially with that "ART" patch on the shirts made them feel like they lost and I hate Cleveland fans more than anything else.
If the 9ers would have won Cleveland fans would have thought they won and been buying up 9er gear and talking smack about their the best franchise in sports etc... I just haven't had the same experience with ravens fans.

You ever been to a Steelers game in Baltimore? You'll get that experience from Baltimore fans. The sight of a Steelers jersey turns them into Philly fans.

Nice insight of the perspective of Browns fans. You're absolutely right. That, to them, was just one more Super Bowl that should be theirs.

If the refs had called that holding in the end zone they wouldnt have won this game, so a lot of luck and blind refs gave them a win they didnt deserve in my opinion....

Never been to a Steelers game in baltomore, I can only imagine. We once took a browns fan to Three Rivers for a clowns Steelers game. He had the time of his life watching his browns win, clapping and cheering and not one Steelers fan said a word. Have been to Muni for same match-up and got covered in beer and peanut shells as a kid about 10 yrs old. Best I can think of after this SB is browns fans got nothing but more heartbreak.

I would rather see the rarbirds win a million rings than see the browns win 1.

If the refs had called holding, the penalty would have been a safety, which was the result of the play anyway. That play was was carte-blanch to hold.

was there a chance the holding penalty could have been assessed on the free kick? that would have given the chance of the fair catch free kick rule.
