Of the 8 teams that entered week 3 undefeated, 6 lost including our Steelers to the lowly 0-2 bears.
the Steelers have historically, under Tomlin, played down to inferior competition, and lost to teams they had no business losing to.
But i get some relief knowing that 75% of the Teams had the same problem as us.
Im hoping with what was going on this last weekend that everyone was just not into the game and had their heads somewhere else.
It just felt like this week was an anomaly with the 90 degree weather, and everyone just looking out of sort because of the rhetoric spewed this weekend, and it looks like a lot of teams faced the same thing.

Being Optimistic of course but i think we will be fine. Our true test is this weekend because the Ravens got embarrassed way worse then us, and will be fired up. Our guys need to be focused and i believe they will be.
You will see the real Steelers this Sunday. No excuses. Let hope its the Steelers we all thought they would be.

One thing you can count on with Ravens vs Steelers is that no matter records or stats is going to be a knock down drag out cage fight for 60 minutes.

“Playing down to the completion” is not unique to tomlin. It happened with cowher at the helm as well.

If the Steelers always play down to the competition, how come the Browns never beat them ? Except for that one time in 2014 the Browns only win recently.

There are exceptions. Browns literally brown themselves
