Damn, it looks like Gentry found his BEAST mode this offseason. I guess now we know why the Steelers took a hard pass on James this year.

Can't wait to see Gentry in Pads against the OLBs tomorrow to find out if all that time in the weight room has paid off.

I don't think Haskins or Rudolph will be QB1 next year, their future QB1 is in college.

Schein is one of those idiots that said the Steelers were going to be bad last season, then he tried to backtrack .

He will be under center in Canada's offense.

Bud was raw coming out of college, he got better once he got a real OLB coach in Butler .

Best thing about this video is Ben having a full over the top throwing motion. He lost that ability about 2/3 of the way through last season.

Good point - it was actually TJ's 3rd year before he broke out.

What did TJ do in the playoff game vs the Browns without Dupree on the other side ?

A lot of reports saying the TEs are working hard under the new coach, out there working before practice and not a lot of down time. Muth seems to be making some nice catches in team drills.

he also had 4 sacks, 15 tackles, 1 pass defended and a forced fumble in 4 games without bud on the other side before the playoff game.

I think he’s the guy who has the most to prove when the pads come on. He was a solid downfield pass defender in college, but a really poor tackler.

According to the link you posted, Mason was 6 for 6 in the drill and MT was also looking at Canada and everyone else. "Captain Checkdown"? Sounds like a little bias against Mason maybe?

That's how the Steeler Depot guy at practice described it. He checked down a lot, including with no TO and 0:15 left. The clock expired before they could get lined up to spike the ball.
