Hot and Hazy Monday and Tuesday what a great 2 days for
practice. I hope it stays in high 80's, 90's good for conditioning
and acclimation. It's winning time these hot day's will pay dividends
later in season. Practice hard, play harder.

Well.... Dan Moore was often critiqued for not being nasty enough. That said, such a demeanor does have to have a level of control to it for it to be beneficial. The quicker Moore Jr learns this.. the better.

Definitely going to be intriguing when those pads do go on. Hopefully players like UGIII and Justin Layne work out this time around. Regarding others like Pat and Najee, cannot say I am surprised by either; doubly so for Pat.

He fits hand in glove for what Matt Canada does with his Tight Ends; a lot of versatile spots to line Pat up as a weapon overall. Pat did this plenty at Penn State.

Man, Chuks looking really slender today at camp. Maybe wants to be lighter on his feet on the left.

A lot of hamstring injuries are because the player over worked their thigh muscles. Then the thigh is so strong it brings the leg back into the straight position so fast/hard that it tears a hammy.

I don't know what his injury is.... but a hamstring injury may not be because he wasn't working out, but maybe he trained his thighs too much. Has anyone heard what it is?

I have always thought it was lack of flexibility, and stretching correctly.

Flexibility is a huge factor with every muscle and I'm sure a big part with the hammy as well.

The offensive line doesn't appear to be getting much time together in camp. This can't be how the organization envisioned the situation. It has to be a real concern for the coaches.

Apparently Najee Harris is no longer wearing the wristband so I assume that means he is vaccinated now.
