Munster, and a really really sharp cheddar. I mean one so sharp it causes the tongue to cleave to the roof of Your mouth.

There’s only a few I don’t like. Chief among them are Brie and swiss. Love me some garlic Jack!

It's a very soft cheese. Often baked and served with water crackers.

If you’re a fan of blue grab a wedge of rogue creamery blue. It’s wrapped in grape leaves macerated in pear brandy. It’s $$$, but amazing.

When I was a kid, we lived in, what WAS the small town of Pleasanton. They had a cheese factory a couple of blocks from my house. My brother and I used to ride our bikes there most days and get samples. I even liked the limburger!

I saw this episode of some Larry the Cable Guy show and he ate a Limburger and onion sandwich. I think he took maybe 2 bites and that was all he could handle of that. How do you not cry while eating that?

Jarlsburg Swiss!! #1 for me. When I have thin slices and we are cooking in our crock pot I'll put slice on glass top to get it warm and creamy. Wife tells me how disgusting it is to do it but I don't care.

Those Irish cheddar cheeses are so very good to.

    Manchego
Moliterno Al Tartufo (a buttery cheese with truffles)
A great cheddar, be it from Ireland, Vermont or New York
    Camembert
    Cotswold

There are so many…. When we host family or friends event, we usually put out a cheese and charcuterie board with crackers. The cheeses, meats and crackers will all be from a specialty cheese shop in town.

    It's very similar to Camembert.
