When asked why he didn’t call timeout during that 10 minute drive by the Titans with 1:20 left he said he was focused on the Titans not scoring and not worrying about leaving time for the offense. I have no idea what that meant his explanation but it’s one of the worst clock management decisions I think Tomlin has ever made. It was completely inexcusable and it very well could have costs them the game.

we figured he lost about 40 seconds of possession time for Ben before the half. Not one of Tomlins strengths. lol

That is a moronic comment. I can't believe an NFL coach would be so unorganized to not "care about time for an offense" Just abysmally stupid

Thou shall not find fault with MT for a game that ended in a W. Move along now. We're onto the KC game now. All our focus and energy needs to be propelled forward.

He's made these kinds of mistakes his entire career. But he is a great coach because everyone is great these days.

It was a great win for sure. But yea every week he seems to have at least one of these moments.

add in some of the playcalling in this game it was obvious we needed to beat the titans and our hc.

I can’t help but think MT would be a much better DC or special teams coach than a HC. He just can’t handle game management and planning. We typically are not prepared and we usually come in with a plan that is flawed at best. If we don’t have great coordinators we struggle. MT is not going to carry any aspect of our team.

Tomlin's thinking was he didn't want to call a timeout and let them regroup on offense.

He wanted to keep the pressure on them by not stopping the play clock. He was trying to stop them from scoring at the half and not worrying about his team trying to score after they scored.

He put his hopes in his defense stopping them, as the offense had done absolutely nothing during the game.

He can say whatever he wants after the fact. He does not think ahead. They were guaranteed points unless we cause a turnover or they miss a chip shot fg. So I don’t by the pressure of the play clock bs, Titans had TOs left if I remember correctly so there’s no pressure on them. He’s bullsh*ting you and everyone else that thinks he knows what he is doing.

If Boz makes the FG, he looks like a genius. Just enough time to convince Titans to play soft. Same thing with Harbaugh, make the 2, look like a genius. Miss, look like a goat.

A person can both give credit for something good and criticize something bad about Tomlin.

As bad as that was it pales compared to Vrabel's performance yesterday. 201 yds rushing, averaging 4.8 yds/rush and decided to throw it 32 times. I was actually laughing. Yeah, put it in Ryan Tannehill's hands and make TJ Watt more relevant.

    Fraudbaugh was no better.
