Shouldn't have to be him. Where are the leaders on this team? Shouldn't even be something the coach needs to address.

JuJu is supposed to be one of those leaders. He's the most senior of the WR corps.

He's also 24, he could still be on his parents health insurance for crying out loud. Where is Decastro, Pouncy, or Ben? Why aren't one of the vets pulling these guys aside and talking to these young guys when **** like this happens?

I'm not saying it isn't ultimately the coaches responsibility to address it, but even at the HS and College levels, if an underclassman was ****ing around a Senior would/should pull him aside and let him know to get his priorities sorted out.

Just a guess, but maybe those 3 guys don't feel comfortable telling anybody to shape up when they're all playing the worst football of their careers?

Good! It's a start. If his sophomoric dancing is so benign, why not do it in the end zone instead of the midfield logo?

Much easier to dance before you're down 17 points to a 2-10 team

Leaders don't have to be starters....leadership is beyond stats on the field. Charlie Batch was leader on this team for a number of years, a good one.

My point is this team lacks leadership on both sides of the ball, that's a shame.

Indeed. I've always thought the guy with the title of "Head Coach" was supposed to be the ultimate leader of the team, but many seem to disagree with that assessment.

I'm not denying that it ultimately is him that needs to address it....I think we can all agree though that he can't be the leader on the field and winning teams usually have leadership in the ranks that address **** like this. The fact that players let their teammates do **** like this tells me that there is a complete lack of leadership on the field which says a lot....about them. The coach doesn't create leaders on the team, someone needs to step up.

I'm not absolving Tomlin of the issues on this team......I think it's a combination of failures on Colbert, Tomlin, and the Players.

I don't mean dance after a TD. I mean do your silly dance there instead of poking the bear by doing it on the team logo.

A team captain like Heyward should talk to JuJu.

that’s my point. High paid vet, all pro for years...I can say the same thing about Ben. For years there have been questions about leadership from Ben.

There’s no leader on Offense. Ben is an effing drama queen, Pouncey would do the same if he can move his fat ass and DeCastro is like a turtle hiding in his shell. Heyward and Watts should lure JuJu to the back of the woodshed and “talk” some senses into him

coach T can’t. That’s colbert’s job and won’t happen until the offseason. The only questions that remain are will the Steelers force Ben into retirement or let him finish out the last year. Also draft his replacement or sign a free agent

But hey at least they'll be able to say Steelers have only had 3 coaches in 70 years or whatever it would be. That's what truly matters.

Honest question, if you had a good friend that was accused of murder and tells you he didn’t do it, would you automatically turn on him before the facts come out?

Pouncey obviously didn’t believe he was guilty at the time, I’d be surprised if he still felt that way.
