So there is a glaring hole at left tackle now.

The picks are ok but there is no real solution at LT this year.

Time to pay off AV's house and have him stay a little longer :smiley1:

Somebody somewhere thinks someone is going to fill in at LT and all will be well. Wish I knew who that someone is.

There are going to be a lot of confused, disappointed fans on opening day when they're developmental OL show up on the inactive list.

There’s going to be a whimperingdog around when he realizes how foolish he looks with all the whining.

The personal attacks are not helping, Carly, besides don't have a hot pilates class to get to?

I think AL has always been in the running to come back.

I won't be surprised if by the end of the season Moore has supplanted Chuks as the starter.

    Bring Big Al back?! Why?!

He is over the hill and cannot block to save his life. For that matter, Carl Lawson and Myles Garrett turned him into a traffic cone. I would rather have to bet my money on Chuks to handle Garrett before I would ever want Big Al back in the lineup.

The Steelers want to run the ball better, AV is terrible at run blocking, not interested in bringing him back.

Al usually grades well vs. Garrett. Maybe you should ask questions earlier...

Grades well?! From Myles' Rookie Season for certain. 2018 onward is a different story. That infamous 2019 game though was the lowlight of Big Al's very good if not great 2019 Season. Myles beat the stuffing out of him. In 2020, Garrett dominated in all three games.

AV hasn’t been good since Munch left. He’s awful in run blocking which is the very thing they want to improve upon.

I was merely talking about him vs. Garrett. In 2019 though, I actually thought that, even among the declining Pouncey and... whatever happening to DeCastro, Big Al played the best among the five; Feiler included.

It’s a personality flaw where their need to be right outweighs what’s really best for said person.

So go look at when Okorafor and Villanueva are on the field together. AV going against the better DL most of the time.

Then look and see how much better AV was in protecting Ben.

I'm not suggesting AV is an amazing run blocker, but he's a ton better than the current option if we're trying to save Ben's head from getting knocked off

I'm thinking this also with the comment before about him not selling his house with less of a primary focus drafting at the position.

Did the Ravens get an OT?

    In 2019?! Agreed.

    2020?! Chuks > Big Al.

For that matter, Chuks is the superior athlete of the two.
