It sounds like you need some shade. Take a look at this coaching tree since you brought up his name.

Key Members of the Belichick Coaching Tree (NFL Head Coaching Roles)

Former Belichick players in Mike Vrabel and Kliff Kingsbury also become head coaches.[/QUOTE]
So, a bunch of coaches that did squat.

I know this is before Your time in watching football, but he was a OC for the Browns before Cowher hired him as a Wrs coach.

I also know a bunch of then didn't start with Bill Belichick anyway, and Yet they get called a Belichick tree. It just seems like Tomlin is the only HC that apparently has to be the only coach a guys has to be called his coaching tree.
Example Romeo Crennal was a coach for Giants, Jets, and a DC for the Browns before He ever went to work for Belichick, and yet somehow he's a Belichick Coaching Tree. LoL. Yet Arians isn't a Tomlin coaching tree. Male that make sense

It's not well stated unless you believe being a Wr coach is the same as being a OC. If You hire me as a box boy, and then quit, and the next guy in charge sees potential in me a supervisor, and we do great with me there, the guy that kept me as a box boy in the basement doesn't get credit for it.

I knew that... I remember when the Browns scored 33 points in a playoff game in Pittsburgh with Arians as their OC, and it was with their backup QB.

It was still Cowher who brought him to Pittsburgh after 2003, not Tomlin.

As a Wrs coach. A Wrs coach isn't a OC.

I don't think Arians would been our OC if he was with a another team...Tomlin love the continuity who is a good thing when thing look very good like it was the case for the steelers 20 years ago

The point is He was a Wr coach with Cowher, and a OC with Tomlin.
Again if I hire You to be the janitor of my company, and then I quit, and Blast comes in , and takes my place, and He makes You a supervisor of a part of the company, and you guys do well with you there, hell you are the best company for two different years with you as the supervisor. Then I shouldn't get credit because I hired you as a janitor. Blast should get credit for making you the supervisor.
All I'm trying to say is the same people say other coaches are from certain coaching trees , and yet say Arians , isn't are using double standards.

Arians early in his career coached under freaking Bear Bryant, but some fans want to act like Cowher deserves credit for Arians career .

I'm like what's the point of listing those coaches, yeah they worked under Belichick but they sucked. The only guy from Belichick's tree to have a winning record is O'Brien .
