Im not trying to say he is the OC or calling plays but it’s his philosophy. Don’t turn the ball over be safe and avoid high danger areas such as the MOF. You can’t win in today’s NFL with that mentality.

But I think the offense and defense is designed around his philosophies. Coordinators have come and gone but the same problems remain, that points to Tomlin, the one constant.

I agree, I think you know the real deal too.

I read so many things accusing Tomlin of crazy stuff, just short of global warming.

He is the Head Coach, ALL Head Coaches works with their generals to build a plan. It is the generals (OC/DC) job to figure out how and the script of plays.

So, the global warming part is something he really can't be blamed for. Although, there is certainly many better options to get him on.
