He can be a hit or miss prospect due to how they utilize him and of course how he pulls it off at tis level. We had the blazingly fast kid out of Utah last year and he didn't cut it. I know that he in no way was archer as the majority of his film was on kick return. I think Archer can (the same way I thought Rainey could) hit some home runs. Just gotta get creative here and that's something we don't tend to do a lot of although Hailey has had some good rope a dope fool you plays drawn up over the last couple years. Just need a little more.

Archer is a little dude but he balls. We'll see soon enough

It would be awesome if he pans out and becomes a reasonably good weapon for us. However, I have to admit his fumbles concern me. I hate the fact this is the 3rd straight year we've gone after a 170lb speedster. To me a McCluster type player is a luxury pick for a team without holes and depth issues, not the 2014 Steelers. THe odds of long term success are stacked against almost every draft pick and when you're giving away up to 160lbs they're probably astronomically poor.

i see him a mccluster type of back/wr, he shined in haley offense :rawk::rawk:
plus he can save brown to returning kicks

Well considering he was rated as a late third early fourth not much longer.

Archer will be used plenty in the short passing game. Fact is, they are both tiny, thats the point. No one is comparing their skill set, at least I'm not.
