Broken bone. Aikman saying (in the Cowboys/Packers game) he is done for season, but other source says there is still an evaluation to be done.

If the Bungles find a way to lose their next few games, it could be an interesting finish in the division.

As much as I dislike the Bengals, and as much as this makes our chances better... hate to see a team done in by injuries.

    Except the Ravens.

Wow. Bad news for the Bengals. Major loss for us in the first game in Bell and major loss for them in the second game in Dalton. Our backup RB is better than their backup QB though. Hate to see it. Would like for us to have had Bell the entire season and them to have had Dalton.

A friend of mine covers the Bengals for an Ohio newspaper, and he was telling me the same thing as what Aikman said- however he also said it depends on whether he needs surgery to put a screw and/or pin there.

At least he'll have plenty of time to watch "A Christmas Story" marathons on TV over the next several weeks.

So weird, that looked like nothing and now he's done.

Karmas a *****, although I don't dislike Dalton personally, he plays for the Bengals and I hate them.

I never root for injuries, even to dirtbags like Burfict.... Well, for Burfict I might make an exception, but definitely not for Dalton, who by all accounts is a good guy. I'd rather Dalton be healthy. I want to beat them up in the playoffs with them at full strength. No excuses allowed.

I'm sure Bengal fans are blaming this one on Tuitt, just as they were (still) blaming Palmers injury on KVO.

It was obvious that Tuitt kneed him in the thumb! That was flagrant!!

Maybe now he'll have time to get his eyebrows fixed.

    He was all thumbs today.

I think he'll be back the question is when and what effect will it have on his game?

Going to effect his grip on the ball for sure. Probably won't see him in the playoffs either. If you do he'll probably not be able to pump fake and you'll see him with two hands on the ball.

Was it Jim Kelly that used to play with injuries to his throwing hand?

Not sure but I do remember Jim Harbaugh breaking his own hand punching Jim Kelly and then missing several games. One of those instant 'what goes around, comes around' moments.

I don't know. I have my doubts. Thinking Burfict will take out his knee in practice and somehow Bungle fans will still blame the Steelers.

That was Brett Favre, he played with a sprained ligament to his throwing thumb, a fracture is a little different than a sprained ligament, I expect dalton will have to test it in practice to find out if he can throw with it in a week or two.......
