    That's right. Despite what the torch and pitchfork crowd says this team has improved. Still have work to do through the 2015 draft etc, but the arrow is pointing up.

    I seriously think the "identity" of a Tomlin team is becoming that we start slow on the season and then finish strong. I don't necessarily like it that way but it is looking like that has been our pattern lately.

    I've got to disagree with you on that. We're a team that's rebuilding. It takes time for new players to gel together. Our defense is still a long way from where it needs to be, but overall things are good.

    I agree that we are looking upward and rebuilding. I was really just trying to say that we play our best ball at the end of the season.

    The DBs were shown for what they were today. Not awful, but not top-tier. There are places to rebuild, but I think our execution is just in a different world from where it's been earlier in the season.
