The What if Game

My "What if" game starts with of course keeping George Pickens as WR #1.

Not bringing in DK, but saving his $35 million and giving it to Sam Darold, and then drafting a WR to come in and compete for the #2 WR job.

I never understood why this team did not Draft a WR in 2025. Did Khan actually believe that Roman Wilson or Calvin Austin were NFL #2 WRs? How stupid is Khan???

The what if on Metcalf was rust ..Had he been playing maybe he could have played at a higher level in the playoff game ? Had he made a play a or 2 earlier in the playoff game could or would we have played better with a lead ? IMO this was 1 of Coach Tomlins biggest faults , he seemed to never want to jump on a Team early , he seemed content to just be safe and let things play out...IMO this put a lot of undue stress on the Defense ..Anway I hope the new HC is about scoring the ball early and often...As a former Coach on both sides of the ball its way easier to play from ahead ..

 

What if Dexter hunted Hannibal. That's the what if I'd like to see. Someone should make a one season series of this, or what if Batman met Predator.

 

can we not find a gunslinger QB in the draft. Look for one Steeler scouts. Every QB does not have to be a running QB,,,, find the one who can throw fastest and accurate. doesn't have to be a big name...

 

I was hoping we sign Cooper Kupp when he was let go by the Rams. The guy is smart and sneaky good when healthy. Oh well

But according to @Brice McCarthy was here interviewing for the OC job. So that means Rodgers will be back.

Funny, I didn't even think about McCarthy's relationship with Aaron Rodgers.

I was talking more about McCarthy's relationship with working with Khan, and his lifelong relationship with the Rooney's and the city of Pittsburgh; as to why McCarthy might accept the job as OC here in Pittsburgh under a young head coach.
