Has lost its way!? I've been harsher than most on here about Tomlin, and yes, I truly believe he's lost this team...

Weekly assertions by respected players ( Heyward, Minkah,Schobert ) basically saying they don'ttake practice seriously!

Then follow up these weekly statements with undisciplined, lifeless Football!

The Steelers Brand USED to be feared...Hard, nosed, hard hitting, STOP THE RUN ) SMART Football, now...

Defense gets Gouged ( weekly ) OL doesn't know what TF they are doing, Ben looks SO frustrated! Undisciplined as can be ( same players weekly ) with no repurcussions, Bush doesn't even try! Players " striking " a pose when they're getting the **** beat out of them..." Striking " a pose when there are SECONDS left in the game, and your Offense is desperately trying to huddle up... After getting embarrassed, asking for practice to have " music and be funner "...

Tomlin has lost this team! ( It's been lost for a few years now ) Ben looks SO disgusted right now...And I still say, It looked like he called Tomlin an ******* last night, It sure looked like that's what he mouthed!

.500 seasons aside, past accomplishments aside... It's time! It's time for a NEW voice, a new staff, with new ideas and philosophies...

THIS, is unwatchable for me...and is NOT Steelers Football! They should legitimately have ONE win right now! ONE!

Feel Better?? I understand the rant. Not a hater of Tomlin but it's time for change. IMO he had teams that should have won it all but he didn't have them prepared. I think we had 7-8 pro bowlers one year and got smoked in first playoff game. It is obvious we need to start over at the QB position and build up the o-line and I don't think Tomlin has it in him. I also think the Steeler organization disagrees with me and Mikey will remain in the same damn spot.

Wait until Ben retires. The main crutch will be gone. Get your popcorn ready.

Spot on agree The standard is the standard are just words now with no meaning. The Steelers have championed mediocrity!

Great post agree with everything you say and I’m with you when you say it’s time for a change from top to bottom with this team. These things that are happening under Tomlin the last 3-4 years are not an anomaly anymore they are a trend. Rooney seriously needs to sit down and reevaluate where this team is from top to bottom and quit worrying about messing with tradition and only having 3 coaches in 52 years. It’s time for a change like you said it’s just not working out anymore under Tomlin’s guidance and it’s time to move on and blow it up and start from scratch.

Tomlin says week in and week out things will change and then you watch the games and nothing changes and things get worse. I think the fans would support a rebuild it’s management and guys like Tomlin and Colbert who won’t support it that are the problem and are living in the past.

Tomlin had a nice run, great career..and a borderline HOF'er...But his word and style has passed...It's uninspired, ****ty, undisciplined Football ( and has been for awhile )

But....In the end he's not going anywhere sadly imo
