And the Steelers still need help at CB, as we have been posting for years. This draft is deep at CB, so why not double dip?

Getting back to original thread, you better study the Giants,Seahawks and Bronco's
seems like they have the formula to beat the Pats. First you better have a physical pass rush up the middle, second you better have guys that can play man to man pass defense. I personally feel that the Giants way was the best. They didn't have superstars
on the back end, but they had 4 LARGE dl that could apply pressure to TB, to throw
off his timing. Have I mentioned thanks MT today for the poor preparation
of your defense for the NE Patriots. I am completely disgusted with your coaching.
Will be glad when your gone please take Todd Haley with you.

When is the last time Steelers even had a pair of GREAT CB?

I can't even really recall a time that was the case.

I'd rather bring the Steel Curtain Front Four back.

I always like Willie Williams but his best year IIRC was the year Woodson was out with injury, but they played together for 4 years or so. Don't know if you'd consider Williams great though...

I think taking only one corner and one safety could be a closer option than most think. If the FO thinks they can add a highly regarded press corner to battle for Cockrell's spot, then you have a 3 way competition for the nickel between Gay, Golson and Sensabaugh.

They may think double dipping at OLB may be the better course. JH92 and Moats will most likely be gone after next year. So adding two draft picks to the mix there may seem like the better alternative. Better chance one becomes a starter and you have another to develop for depth.

I don't think it would be wise to double dip at both CB and OLB because we could use that other pick for depth elsewhere. How the board falls when they come to pick will of course affect the position chosen, but if they had their choice, I might say they would prefer two picks at OLB, especially if a top CB is available at 1:30.
