The sky is not falling down

Ok so we lost. We went 2-2 over the course of Ben being out, but you know what? That is great. Like some of us have said Cowboys are 0-4 without Romo right now. (I bet we all wish we were in that division). So we are kicking ourselves thinking we should be 6-1 right now but hey, I expected to lose to these teams. 1 was because of a kicker, and the other was because KC played well and didn't have turnovers. Our Defense is what it is... sub par/hurt. With that being said if it holds the fort til it gets fully healthy and more experience they are just fine.

Ben will be back. Big Villa will have more snaps under his belt. Love that we have Bell. Dude is a warrior, he is a beast, a phenom. Opponents stack the box and he still manages yards with our rebuilt line. With Ben back he will be even more dangerous.

We can make a run for a wild card. Yes the division is there but don't worry about that. Just have to keep Ben upright and let him command this ship.

We lost but stay positive. Ben is hungry and itching to take this team above all levels. Bell wants to perfect his craft and help his team no matter what. Brown wants yards. Give him the ball so he shushes.

Here is to Ben riding this ship all the way to that island which is called #7. Sure there will be bumps along the way, but he can take us there.

It's tough to win games scoring 13 points. Ben will help with that. Your right on.
I feel fortunate that our season is still afloat. It could be worse. we could very well be 2-5 right now.
I'm seeing us being 10-6. I don't really see us being 12-4. 11-5 could be possible. We have some tough tests.
It should be fun to watch. Hopefully we can get to the playoffs and see if we can catch the magic.

 

No but If we loss this Sunday are division chances are dead and we will take a hit in the Wildcard with a 1-4 AFC record

 

I know you are figuring for a loss, and rightfully so. So we have a good chance of losing this game as the Bungles are good but even if we did it's not the end. We can also win this game too.

Ben goes down. THEN, and only then it's the end.

 

I believe this time next week we will be saying meet the new bengals same as the old bengals. If we can keep them honest on defense with a decent ground game, keep Ben clean, and the receivers do their thing, we will be good.

I would look for a resurgence of Heath this week as well.

And oh yeah, red rocket also throws a nice pick in for good measure.

10-6 will get you a wildcard. So, a loss to the bungles doesn't end the season. Having said that, didn't Ben sit out a few games in 05, only to comeback and lose against the Bengals?

I am happy we played 500 ball during #7 absence, now we need to get busy
trying to qualify for wild card.
