They have lost alot of players to free agency Grubbs at guard Johnson at olb Zibowkski at safety Redding at de and McClain at ilb is talking to other teams. As a Steelers fan I hope they lose some more players getiing swept by the Ratbirds last season was hard to take.

Ravens will miss Grubbs that is for sure. Steelers could certainly use a guy of his caliber.

Did anyone hear how Johnson dissed the Steelers in an interview on leaving the Ravens? HA, what a punk?

Wow Ravens lost both Zibokowski and Nakumura, both back up safties who were both really good??? They better hope Ed Reed doesn't get hurt like he does every year and miss a lot of time.

Grubbs is the only one that was any good. The others... no big loss. Replaceable.

Maybe not in the long run, but I think losing both back up safties is a big deal for next year though ...yeah they are both replaceable, but if they only replace them through the draft it is going to take some time before the rookies develop. Who knows, maybe they go after Barron though?

Reed usually get hurt and misses a fair amount of time each year. They haven't experienced a drop off because Zibikowski and Nakumura filled in nicely for him.

I don't think any of the Raven's losses were that big a deal. It's wishful thinking to believe the Ravens will take a huge step back. Just like the Steelers, they may have other players that might be able step in and play well. Even with their losses, I believe the Ravens have enough talent on the team to compete for the division.
