The OL has played well, actually really well! Just ANOTHER reason why the National media ALWAYS has an excuse for Tomlin...National syndicates down to the local talk shows is ALWAYS the same narrative, repeated over and over again...

" The OL is bad...really bad, the OL this, that...They haven't addressed it "

The problem is, and continues to be... Tomlin ( 1st and foremost ) Canada, Trubisky, Pickett, Najee, the WR's...Not the OL

It's like their is ALWAYS an excuse for Tomlin

Any chance that you can discuss any topic concerning the Steelers without badmouthing Tomlin?

We need a running game, and it is not the Rb's

And not exactly the OL neither. It's an overall lack of commitment to running the ball from Canada.

I wouldn't say the OL has played very well or even good. I'd put it around 10-15th. It's far better than it was last year, but can stand to have improvements via FA or the draft.

Yes and understanding the run game,an ol. Coach worth his weight would know how important a run game is, the fundamentals the angles all the nuances of how it would take pressure off your QB to be perfect.

Pass blocking is better than I expected. Run blocking is abysmal. TBH, Harris has been playing hurt and he hasn't helped.

Another MT insulation post. I have a multiple-choice question and see if anyone can pick the right answer:

Who has the ability to change offensive plays, commitment to the run game, and anything else concerning the functioning of our offense before, during, and after a game by just opening his mouth and talking:

    a. The HC
    b. Miike Tomlin
    c.. Popcorn
    d. Nobody else on earth

What the coordinators do is a reflection of what the HC desires as to how he wants the team to play including commitment to the run game. If there isn't one, then it's because the HC is approving of it. Or am I missing something? JMO>

I’ve seen video where openings were there and Najee wasn’t hitting them. Jaylen Warren doesn’t seem to have too much trouble finding them.

Really that's hard to say because....
    1. All RBs miss holes from time to time, and....
    2. Warren has only run the ball like 19 whole times this whole year, and has one fumble.
So just My opinion it's hard to say anything yet.
    Again JMO.

True, but elite backs hit ‘em more than they miss ‘em. Najee is supposed to be elite according to the so called experts. He has not played at an elite level. I hope it’s because he’s hurt and not because he really is just average and not elite. I’m starting to get concerned about him honestly.

I believe He's hurt. What they were talking about this preseason is not something that just goes away in a couple of weeks. Seriously I was surprised they were playing Him so much.

I think lisfranc injuries can be career threatening, especially for a running back. Either way, I’m concerned at this point that Najee may never live up to his billing.

I don't think the 4 girls in the picture can run or pass block but I bet that they would take one heck of a shower after the game.

They would be perfect distraction to get Najee through the holes.

Yeah those girls probably can't play guard or tackle but they definitely got the tight end position nailed down.
