That team had an established primary back. This team does not. Warren was an undrafted free agent who had to fight to make the team. Johnson is a third-round pick, so the expectations are higher. I doubt the plans are the same.

Exactly. Like you said, "if the juice was worth the squeeze". Through 4 rounds of the draft, 32 NFL GM's felt he wasn't worth the BS associated with him. Nothing more, nothing less. Yet, some talking heads are looking to score points creating conspiratorial controversy out of nothing.

The Pats just picked a kicker from Miami, his foot will freeze up there.

 

He can easily add another 15lbs if needed. That said, his length will be more than enough.

 

Both would be tremendous value.

 

Like Villanueva was, he has the frame to put on weight if needed

 

That sucks. Would have loved to see them grab him in the sixth. Better option than Howard.
