I mean.. Kaleb Johnson fits hand in glove with a wide zone scheme.


Arthur Smith employs a lot of wide zone blocking in his Offense.


In addition, Kaleb Johnson was universally considered a Top 50 selection.


Sounds like excellent value to me.

 

Both are run stuffing machines though. Of the two, Sawyer isn't technically a LB; an EDGE actually.

CA III isn't nothing. Roman Wilson is an unknown and someone I wouldn't sleep on either. That said, if you accounting for known commodities that the Steelers have?! Agreed.


Beyond the likes of Pickens, D.K. and CA III, very much an unknown there. Pat Freiermuth can also be considered a known but his play is so up and down, it is difficult to project how well he will perform.

QBs are hard to find. We've got arguably the greatest to do it, being taken in the 6th.

49ers are rolling with Mr. Irrelevant and he's at the very least extremely solid. Every team passed on Lamar and then was taken at 32.
