When was the last time we drafted 4 straight O or D players? If ever.
1984 I think
Joe Moore award...Dan Moore on the team..a little nepotism there? LOL..I read that as well.
They must be going defense the rest of the way. Unless they sneak a WR in there in case they lose JuJu or Washington.
Probably 1937 when players played both ways.
and we know how the 80’s worked out
Yes, when true men could beat off both defenders and offenders.
Damn how could I forget about our Sweet Lipps and Weegie the wedgie.
they just did
Yes if they put all 13 on the field at the same time they should do well.
Two guys would be wide open on every play. How has no one thought of this?!
Hell the nightmare is on us if they continue to drops Ben's balls.
I’m not convinced Green will start day 1.
I know that the next pick will be defense, but Trey Smith, who many had as a second round pick and the first interior OL off the board is still sitting there. I know he has/had medical issues, but damned, that would solidify the line.
they must beat off defenders also...
I think they should go WR next because **** it, it’s what they do LOL
They drafted a #2 TE in round 2.
I know it goes against logic, but with DD likely gone after this year, if you hit on both your interior line is set for the next couple of years, the most productive for Harris.
I don’t know, that TE will be on the field more than Ebron is by the end of the season. He seems very well rounded like Heath was and they took Heath in round 1. The only TE that ranked higher was Pitts. This guy has a very good blocker and if they commit to the run game like they claim to it makes sense.
After his Freshman year he was projected to be a top 10 pick after his junior year. That whole blood clot issue and Jeremy Pruitt”s ****ing idiot coaching staff really hurt that guy. I know Trey personally and he is a rock star on and off the field. Wish we would have taken him....
Here we go. Maybe some defense here?
Ebron is a #2. The Steelers are hoping Friermuth can be the #1.
I doubt he will be ready. Will take a lot of snaps in preseason, but big transition.
