The odds aren't in McCarthy's favor of finding and developing a QB

When did I ever say Tomlin developed Ben???
See what I mean. Either you can't read, don't understand what You read, or just love to move the goal post. Your pick.
I said if McVay developed Matt Stafford then Tomlin developed Ben. Learn to comprehend. I don't know , maybe you , and @Steelersfan43@Steelersfan43 have had this problem your whole life, and are still working on reading comprehension. If so I apologize, and don't mean to make fun, I knew people in school like that.
    Again sorry

So .what don't give me this crap like Cowher is responsible for Ben getting developed. And under Tomlin Ben became the QB with the most 500 yard passing games, and the only QB with 6 TD passes in consecutive games

Ben had 40 starts under Cowher and he was a super bowl champion, first QB ever to win offensive rookie of the year and youngest QB ever to win the super bowl,13-0 in his rookie season...He had also a QB rating of 125 in the 3 road playoffs game in 2005

If it wasn't for the refs cheating for the Steelers, they lose the Super Bowl to Seattle

It doesn't change the fact Ben was a game manager early in his career, he threw 17 TDs and 11 interceptions his rookie season stop acting like he was Mahomes or Marino early in his career. Brady was also a game manager early in his career, maybe you should facepalm yourself .

You clearly don't know football because people called Brady a game manager early in his career, those early Patriot teams ran the ball and relied on Vinatieri to win games.

The Patriots running game was one of the worst in the NFL in 2003

Happy to know that Nick Farabaugh saw deep into the future to come to that conclusion!! Perhaps he can give me lottery ticket numbers as well!!

I think they will make it happen if their QB is there.
