this O Line is going to stink. Ya they couldn't run the ball last year, but did they really get better on the o-line? no. the pass pro was good last year, this upcoming season it's going to be a dog pile. Just imagine Chuks at LT against myles garrett. OOOOOOF. Ben is going to get destroyed.

Myles had one sack while getting his ass handed to him last year against Ben. What is with you Steeler fans & this Clown team in Cleveland?

And when that doesn't work, you go back to the lab. Never forget the lab.

Did Ben get hurt last season by being hit by a opposing team's player? Asking for a friend who doesn't think the Oline was quite as good in pass protection as we are lead to believe.

Yeah, pass protection was middle of the pack with a QB that got rid of the ball in 2 seconds.

Assuming we do not allow Ben to go back to his Shotgun formation, with the balling being thrown in under 2 seconds, 3 yards down the field like last year......

With Chucks at LT, I am betting we will see a lot more of Watt covering Ben's blind side.

just imagine he has to practice against TJ Watt and highsmith. myles garrett will be a piece of cake. we had to release the ball in 2 seconds last year. did you miss some games?

Hopefully Najee is the focal point not Ben. Ben to Najee when they send the house.

    I'm not a 100% knowledgeable of him.
I know he's been in the nfl with the falcons (thanks google) but why should we be excited?

Regardless of who it is, when you have to consistently commit eligible receivers to pass protection it dramatically simplifies coverage for the defense.

Okorafor was a bad RT, now he's on the blind side. Banner is 27 and has taken less than a game's worth of starter snaps at OT and is coming off major surgery.

Exactly wether it’s a TE chipping or a FB staying in to block it’s one less guy running a pattern to threaten the D. We will find out soon what this O Line looks like!

some guys have a harder time from one side or the other. look at bud dupree before they made the move to switch him. okrafor could play much better on the blind side. we shall see. he was and all-american in college from that side. i think moore will be the future at that spot but we should let the process play out. the scheme is still going to dictate how these guys do. pass protect is a concern but it's not like they have never done it and at a high level.

banner is a wait and see. i think he's capable. the knee will tell if it's ready and if not we have options.

2015 he was o-line coach of the year.
he was a run game coordinator also.

in various seasons under morgans direction, his o-lines, qb's, rb's were in the top 10 in--- big plays, pass attempts, fewest sacks allowed, rush yards, average rush yards per carry and big plays. all these things should help us hopefully. now there were years where his lines had sacks in the 40's. three of them i believe. of course matt ryan threw a lot. the more you throw the more chance there is for sacks.

that is where we need to limit ben and use more of the run game, or use different ways to get the ball into the hands of RB's, TE's or WR's before the rush get's to him. we have seen what happens when ben throws too much and we lose that balanced attack. we are much better when we are balanced. we can't always blame the o-line and o-line coach for a qb that can't move and holds the ball or throws way too many times a game. that limits your weapons. if they can keep ben under control and have him use the multiple weapons they are providing him this line could look very good.
