    Wow. "Our filter system failed"...I can't see how that was completely automated. Not as bad as the Ravens "how not to use Twitter" lesson, but a close second.

    :facepalm::facepalm: I'm not gonna lie though. I seriously cracked up about this. It's just so ridiculous. I mean HOWWWW could this happen??? It sorta reminds me of that thing where the guy from ESPN got fired for the Jeremy Lin graphic after a Knicks loss.

    Not aware of that one, I'll have to look it up. But there's a funny hockey one too. Not twitter related, but a major slip up. It cost him his job for about 12 months if I remember correctly
