Yeah I remember. I remember how the killer B never where together very often during the playoffs. I don't seem to recall Ben ever being a MVP Qb though, but nice try. LoL

I looked that game up and Fred Taylor rushed for 3 TDs and 234 yards on November 19th, 2000. Crazy thing is Steelers only lost 31-21.

Steelers were wiped out by Jags twice in 2017 and Vikings in 2021. Steelers scored 40 on Jags... but a lot of that was garbage time, mop up crap that didn't matter. Jags had the game won.

You do know you don't have to have a better record to have a home playoff game right??? I thought you knew football

Ben and AB were still with the steelers and they were 6th in PPG(4th in yards)but could not make the playoffs and the team were a circus all year long....He would been gone in Philly for sure

Yeah, special teams choke but Cowher was the HC so he takes the L.

Super Bowls only matter for Tomlin. They don't apply for Belichick.

Good chance Ben will be in the HOF...As example I take Ben and Drew Brees over Cam Newton or Matt Ryan despite that Ryan and Cam had more MVP

Nice cope bro they still lost by double digits . In two losses to the Jaguars in 2017 the franchise QB had 7 turnovers combined winning football right there .

Steelers had a winning season that year at 9-7... when Fred Taylor/Jags racked up all those yards. Shouldn't that count for Cowher like it does for Tomlin?

Ravens were pretty good that year. I think they won the Super Bowl.

The first game,no argument but in the playoffs game,he had also 5 TD and 2 turnovers....Cowher would win this game by 3 score in this situation!

Just be consistent you want to bash Tomlin for allowing a RB to rush for over 200 yards, but won't bash Cowher for the same thing .

Great if that's what I said.
I Love how You can't answer questions because You know You are wrong, so You change them.
Did I say HOF, or did I say young MVP??
LoL. Again I can't remember Ben ever getting a MVP

Cowher won playoff games. With lesser QBs. So he is forgiven. :smiley1:

The steelers never face the jaguars in the playoffs under Cowher...In fact the steelers were in the super bowl when the Jaguars were a expansion team

Different era playing that Marty ball, he also had a losing record in the playoffs until Ben bailed him out with that Super Bowl run in 2005.
