I just want to shout out to Heath Miller. This season has been horrid. But he has been a great Bright Spot. Never complains, makes big plays when called upon. Even when he disappears from games, still never complains. Doesn't fumble and almost never drops a ball. Not a doubt in my mind that he should be our MVP this season.

I wish more Steelers would play up to their level like Heath does.

He is just class. Even just hands the ball back to the ref after scoring. I just don't know why his disappeared after halftime, Ben never found him again.

Yes, let the record show that Heath is not to be included in any of my criticism of the team. I'd take 53 of him as well, good job Heath :clapping:

I think I saw an article that says only Hines Ward and Stallworth has more reception? Wow he is already an all-time great Steeler!

Him and Ryan Clark are about the only ones that really care
about football and the PGH Steelers. They can both be on my team any day.
Never see these guys TAPPING OUT do YA?

Perfect thread. One of the only all around bright spots on this team. He reminds me of a recently former D lineman. If he was used to his potential from the beginning of his career he would HOF worthy. He's up there with Witten and D.Clark.

I told my wife yesterday as I was ranting and raving like a stark mad lunatic that Heath is the ONLY player on this team that give an absolute crap about how he plays. I honestly wouldn't hold it against Heath at all if he just flat out told Haley to give him the ball. We NEED to give Heath the ball. He does have to pass protect a lot so maybe that's where we has when we were all wondering why he didn't have the ball. I love Ryan Clark as well though. Give me 11 Heaths and 11 Ryans and I will give you 19 wins.

I love Ben but I feel like he has came out VERY flat and flat out AWFUL in these last 2 games. Yes maybe he had some rust against SD but yesterday in the game thread I even said that Ben looked lazy. Look at the bad throws he made early. If Spencer could catch Ben would've had his first multi pick game this year.

Heath is a constant pro. If most of the players on the team would give the effort that he gives each game, we would be locked in with a playoff spot.

Ben is always good for one stupid ill advised pick per game. And any game he doesn't get picked off its an anomaly and I am always surprised.

    Tell me I'm wrong...

Dude Ben has not hardly thrown picks at all this year. He threw one in TN. One in Denver. One in Dallas. One is SD. I can't remember the other 2. But this year he's not been doing that NEARLY as much. NOR has he been getting sacked like crazy.

Funny how Steeler fans tend to think alike...
I was actually texting a couple ppl during the game yesterday, with the EXACT same observation...
Heath is the ONLY one who shows up to play hard, EVERY week, and EVERY play.
Shame he was so underused early in his career, because he certainly deserves a spot in Canton, OH.!
