C'mon...I am not stupid....Good try but he had only 4 FG attempts in 2023 with Detroit,3 other in the playoffs and he is out of the NFL since that time...He was only 28

He was still perfect despite your bullcrap claims of him being the worst in the league.

I don't mind the decision to go for it, it was the play call that I took issues with. A TD to Washington or DK via a back shoulder fade would've likely worked.

Also then You don't have to worry about a field goal tying the game, and they must make a TD to win. Never let the offense/Rodgers talk You out of your original mind

sometimes, you need to take the L instead of trying to save face,

Cambell made the right decision to trust his great offense versus his below-average kicker. The Lions won more games by being aggressive under Cambell, so why change your style in big game?

Make no sense. We are in 2020s,not in the 1990s

We were averaging over 4ypc. It didn’t work, it happens. If we had thrown the ball and it was intercepted or incomplete the same people would be making the same complaints.

For sure. People like to complain bout something. This is one week where I'm pleasantly surprised that they've played well.

I couldn't believe both guys in the booth (and I'm typically okay with Olsen) were saying it made no sense to kick the FG, "because it would still be a two-possession game." 2 TDs > 1 TD + 1 FG.

I'm used to Tomlin trying to ice-skate uphill, but Et tu, Greg?

His aggression cost them the game and your bull**** claims don’t hold water as usual.

The lions have been 40 times on fourth down in 2023...Why changed your identity in big game and trust your weak kicker when you have a great offense and weak defense?

    Make no sense again

I’ve no issue with them going for it there but I didn’t like the play they called.

kicking the FG was probably the sensible thing to do however. The vikings would have needed a miracle from there

I couldn't watch the game so I had to watch a highlight package on you tube. Half way through it Steelers are surprisingly in front defense is getting pressure but coverage is not good.
They get a Watt turnover and get another TD right on. Then I see on the side bar Crazy ending in Dublin. Now I am nervous as the Vikings receivers are wide open all over the field.
Then the fourth and goal decision ahh crap here it is. this is where they blow it.
Terrible call stupid call no reason to do anything but kick a freaking field goal.
If you ask 31 other NFL coaches 29 kick the field goal and the two that do what Tomlin did have better offensive lines and mobile QB'S .
A 13 point lead at that stage of the game would of or should of sealed it.

I like the decision to go for it.

Id like to see a better play called, but they were running the ball well.

It's a flip of the coin call, good either way.
The only real issue was I'd rather put it in Rogers hands and that TE Washington.

And they converted about 50% of them it still doesn’t change the fact it cost them a trip to the Super Bowl.

Agreed, I would have rather seen Rodgers in Shotgun throwing the ball up to Washington in the Endzone.

They were 0-6 against the ravens that year in their worst game in their season but they were great for the rest of the year

And yet once again that doesn’t have anything to do with their aggression costing them a trip to the Super Bowl

Their aggression are why they are great...A coach can't be right everytime. And the fourth down call was not the only reason why the 49ers beat them.....I mean the 49ers had 3 TD and one FG in their final 4 drives.Trusting a weak kicker would not been a good decision on a 48 yards FG
