Joey's dad was not happy with that time. when he ran slower on the second you could see him deflate a little. Looked to me like he messed up his footwork a little trying to get a good start.

    Keep your eye out
I agree this is why I am always leery of players going
up against weaker competition. How can you know what you have if you play inferior opponents
    week in and week out?

Kelee Ringo ran a 4.36 and is 6'2", 207 lbs. but his ball skills were as bad as I've ever seen. He not only dropped every pass but they clanged off his hands like they were bricks. He makes Ike Taylor look like Jerry Rice.

I think Ringo should move to safety.

4.49 on his second try. I noticed that this year there aren't any crazy numbers like 4.27 like there were last year. Calvin Austin's 4.32 last year would be far and away the best this year.

We are already taking Campbell at 32. Don't need Jordan dropping and confusing the FO

I use to think Safeties were just Corners with stiff hips. It turns out Corners are just safeties with weak upper body strength.

    Knowledge from the Combine

I would rather have the center John Michael-Schmitz at #32, wait until #49 to take Campbell.

The clock you are watching is like the time on the Stadium clock; It is not official.

How Are 40-Yard Dash Times Recorded? | News, Scores, Highlights, Stats, and Rumors | Bleacher Report
Why is there a disparity between unofficial and official times? Do the scouts have trouble telling time?

    Not really.

Since 1999, the NFL has used partially electronic timing to determine 40-yard times at the combine. The start of the run is timed by hand, but the finish is recorded electronically using a laser "plane" that runs across the finish line.

That "unofficial" time is then adjusted (presumably to compensate for the reaction time of the hand-timed start), and the "official" combine time that the media and fans drool over is then determined.

He's a bigger, faster Jalen Hurts. I could see the Raiders taking him at #7.

CJ Stroud put on a passing clinic today. He was consistently hitting his receivers in stride from 65 yards away. He might have locked up being the #1 QB taken next month.
Tanner McKee the giant 6'6" QB from Stanford looked really good too. He will probably go in the 2nd round.

To bad He make terrible decisions while playing. He read the field very slowly. He's a guy with all the tools except the most important for a Qb.

I guess if You never watched Him play in Florida. He reads the field like a remedial reader. It won't get easier in the NFL.

Not a fan of Jalen, but J. Hurts was a way better Qb in college.
