Still alive in week 17

    Not to even mention the early losses in the season like you did, if the steelers would have won the ravens game, they would have control of their own destiny right now.

    The only way the #1 seed can be clinched this weekend is if the bills win and the chiefs lose. Any other results will leave the #1 seed unclinched until the final weekend.

    That's not a problem IMO. I would explain this to you but it would probably go over your head.

    I will keep it short. Smart coaches train their players that games will generally be close in the NFL. This prepares players mentally to execute and to find ways to win the close games.

    Be mentally and physically tough regardless of the circumstances. Learn from mistakes and improve. Keep fighting and you never know what will happen.

    What would you message be if you were a coach or a leader? We should blow out every team?

    Tomlin is a great leader. He has the acumen of a top football coach. Tomlin isn't perfect and made mistakes. He will continue to make mistakes.

    Fans that expect perfection or near perfection every season don't weigh all the factors and set themselves up for disappointment.
