Defense is so mediocre without Watt

 

Oh I remember quite well. It's why I've become a pessimist watching Steelers games over the last 30 years.

 

Two of the big plays were just Maulet sucking. The touchdown was a well-run pick play. They caught the Steelers in the right defense and the secondary didn't adjust.

It’s exactly what the isssue is. They just decided to put pressure on the secondary with him out. Guys are making mistakes with him not out there.

It isn't just Watt, though the Jets did a much better job pass blocking on that drive. The secondary keeps losing guys and the backups aren't good.

 

Yeah that receiver was blocking his ass off in the endzone. That should probably be called, but…
